Living room: TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, and central AC in all rooms.

Rooftop terrace:
Sea views and furnished with a large dining area, lounge set, BBQ, and sun loungers.
Retractable awning over the lounge area.
Washing machine also available on the terrace.

Balconies: Two smaller balconies on the living floor – one overlooking the pool area (dining for 4) and one with a café table and two chairs.

Area & Facilities

Pool area: Large communal pool with children's section, boules court, and nice grass areas. Boules equipment available in the apartment.

Services & amenities: Several nice restaurants and a large supermarket within a few minutes' walk.
Beach: About a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach with two popular restaurants – Nautilus and Punta Prima. Several other beaches reachable by car within 5–15 minutes.

Padel:

• Infinity Padel – only 5 minutes' walk from the apartment

• Orange Padel and El Capitan – about 15 minutes' walk

Golf: Several excellent golf courses within 10–25 minutes' drive, including Villamartin, Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Lo Romero, La Finca, Vistabella, Saurines, Campoamor, and La Marquesa.

Excursions: Visit Torrevieja (10 min by car or bus), shop at La Zenia Boulevard (7–8 min by car), or take day trips to Cartagena, Elche, and Alicante. Wine tours are also highly recommended!
