Accommodation
The house is practical and spacious. It is furnished with 3 large bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen/living room. Smart TVs are available in both the living room and the basement.
The basement features a cozy and cool lounge with a comfortable sofa bed – perfect for extra sleeping space or for teenagers who may want to retreat a bit after a long day in the sun. There is also 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the basement.
From here, you have access to one of several lovely outdoor areas, including the saltwater pool, which can be heated if desired. Sun loungers are available around the pool.
On the upper floor are the main living areas and another bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully functional, with both a coffee maker and kettle. A water filtration system has been installed on the main water supply, meaning tap water is safe to drink throughout the house.
The house is furnished with two outdoor kitchens: one by the pool with a pizza oven and fridge, and one on the rooftop terrace with a gas grill and fridge, where you'll likely spend most of your cooking time. There is also a Weber charcoal grill next to the indoor kitchen.
The beautiful rooftop terrace receives plenty of sunlight and features several cozy outdoor areas, including a dining area and lounge seating. There is also an outdoor shower for relaxing days. The rooftop terrace also includes an outdoor kitchen with a fridge.
Family-Friendly Amenities
The house is suitable for small children and includes a car seat, bike seat, crib, and high chair. You can also take a bike ride in the surroundings or to the beach, as we provide 5 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes for free use.
Bed linen and towels are available at €12 per person, payable to the keyholder before departure.
Location
The house is located in Villamartin, a well-established and quiet area about 5 km from Torrevieja city center. Torrevieja offers a vibrant city life with a beautiful promenade and city beach – worth visiting both during the day and in the evening.
The area offers cycling access to beautiful beaches, both sandy beaches and more private rocky areas if preferred. There are several nearby restaurants worth visiting. Enjoy the local markets, including the large Saturday market at Punta Prima, and a large shopping centre nearby.
For golf enthusiasts, several of Spain's best golf courses are within easy reach. For excursions further afield, Alicante, Cartagena, and Murcia are all short drives away and highly recommended.
